Our Results

The College fosters a culture of excellence where each child is free to achieve in their chosen area at the highest level possible. This approach is reflected by our students’ achievements across a broad range of areas.

Academic Results

Nowra Anglican College has been named the top performing school across the Shoalhaven and South Coast for a number of years based on our overall HSC results.

In 2020, some particularly outstanding individual results were:

  • Flynn Johnson with the highest ATAR of 98.15
  • Benjamin Weir with an ATAR of 96.55
  • Lily Morris with an ATAR of 94.75

Many other students achieved very highly with excellent Band 6 marks, which continued our upward trend of significant growth in many subject areas. Our strategies including mentors for each Year 12 student, a focus on applying the “Ten Percent on Top” principle to student achievement, and our focus on student well-being and maintaining high expectations are working, with our students flourishing in their attitude, skills and performance.
