Nowra Anglican College has been named the top performing school across the Shoalhaven and South Coast for a number of years based on our overall HSC results.

Many other students achieved very highly with excellent Band 6 marks, which continued our upward trend of significant growth in many subject areas. Our strategies including mentors for each Year 12 student, a focus on applying the “Ten Percent on Top” principle to student achievement, and our focus on student well-being and maintaining high expectations are working, with our students flourishing in their attitude, skills and performance.
In 2020 Summer Crealy was nominated for ArtExpress for her exceptional Major Work titled “The Nature of Grieving”.
In 2020 Benjamin Weir excelled in Drama receiving a Band 6 and nomination for OnStage. He also excelled in 2019 as an accelerated student in Entertainment Industries with a Band 6 result of 93/100.
In 2019 Mia Stewart was awarded the VET Student of the Year for Entertainment Industries.
We are delighted that we continue to have a number of students obtaining their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards each year.
